our story
My dad and I wanted to start a grab and go cafe with our passion for serving unique breakfast and lunch options made from fresh, high-quality ingredients. From the start, our mission has been to nourish our community here in Delafield with food that not only tastes great but also makes you feel good.
Our inspiration for starting the cafe came from generations of our family sharing a love of good food and many years of experience in the restaurant industry. For me, healthy eating has always been a way of life. I’ve been a pescatarian for over ten years, and I believe in the importance of fueling your body with good food. But I also know how hard it can be to find healthy options that are actually convenient and taste amazing.
My dad, on the other hand, has been a chef his entire life. He’s seen it all in the kitchen—he understands flavor, technique, and how to bring a dish to life. So when we started thinking about opening a cafe, it just made sense to combine our strengths: his experience and creativity, and my passion for clean, wholesome eating.
